- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Non-customized items (e.g., children’s clothing, accessories) may be returned for a refund or store credit, minus shipping costs.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
